Find a selection of photographers whose work you admire. Ask three or four of them to submit portfolios. Get the CEO to make the decision on which photographer to hire. Book time shooting a variety of great portraits you know the CEO will love, taken by a photographer you know they can trust. Then keep the pictures on file for when you get the next call from a picture desk.
The result ? A delighted CEO, a happy picture editor, a happy you.
